We will be publishing the GWDAW12 conference proceedings as a special volume of the Classical and Quantum Gravity. All contributed talks and posters are eligible for submitting an article in this special volume. All articles will be refereed according to the Classical and Quantum Gravity policies.

Here are the guidelines for authors as provided by the publisher.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

The proceedings of GWDAW - 12 are voluntary. Any speaker or poster presenter may submit an article to be considered for inclusion in a special issue of Classical and Quantum Gravity. Each paper submitted for the proceedings will be refereed to the usual standards of quality for the journal. Taking into account the conference nature of the articles, background papers will be considered more favourably than would be normal for a regular research paper, although authors should not submit work that has been published elsewhere.

Conference papers will be set in the usual journal style and should be as concise as possible. The guideline for length is a maximum of 6000 words or 10 journal pages. Please contact the Publisher before submission if your paper significantly exceeds 6000 words in length.

Multimedia facilities

Classical and Quantum Gravity offers a permanent electronic repository for video clips, animations, or supplementary data such as extra figures, tables of additional information or software code. Authors are encouraged to use this service to enhance the online version of their article.

Free copy for contributors

The corresponding author of each published contribution will receive a free copy of the journal special issue containing the proceedings.

Submission instructions

All articles should be submitted electronically to the Publisher by 31st March 2008. Papers must be submitted directly to Classical and Quantum Gravity by this date and authors should clearly indicate GWDAW - 12 in their submission information.

Files should be sent as a single compressed archive via the web page http://authors.iop.org or via e-mail to cqg@iop.org.
